Do you offer custom quotes?
Yes, it’s our mission to help you acquire the specific size and shape of metal to fit any project you may have. Please click on the following link, complete the form and click submit. A customer service representative will quickly respond to your request during our regular hours of operation.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Do you ship orders?
Yes, most orders are processed and shipped the same day from our location in Winchester, Kentucky, except for orders that require custom cutting. The most commonly used method of shipment is FedEx Freight. Expedited delivery utilizing 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air are also available to meet your delivery requirements.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
With preferred pricing from FedEx Freight and other freight companies, Metal Pros automatically finds the cheapest rates and displays the cost in your cart at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Metal Pros prides itself on being fast! Most orders are processed the same day and shipped immediately. All orders are shipped from our facility in Winchester, Kentucky, so please take transit time to your location into account.
When is payment due?
At this time, Metal Pros LLC only accepts payments at the time of purchase from all major credit card companies.
Can I pick up my items in-store?
Yes, our retail location in Winchester, Kentucky, is open with items ready to be cut and picked up on the same day.
What’s your return and cancellation policy?
An order can be canceled if we have not cut it yet, so if you need to cancel an order, please call immediately to ensure that we cancel the order before it is processed. Once an order has been processed (Cut, Sheared, or Plate Saw Cut), it cannot be returned. All cancellation orders must be called in.
The materials sold from this website are cut from larger stock to meet your exact order specifications therefore, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please make sure all order details are correct before finalizing your order.
However, we understand mistakes can and do happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an error has been made, and we will make it right.
Refusal of delivery is not accepted without approval from a Metal Pros team member. The buyer may be held responsible for outgoing and return freight costs in such situations. Restocking fees may also be issued. Metal Pros LLC is not responsible for unloading material upon delivery. If required, please make sure you have the proper equipment in place to unload material at the time of delivery.
